What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 4pm. Check-out is at 11am.

Where do I pick up the keys?

The home is self-check in with a lockbox located beside the front door that has two keys in it; the code to the lock box is emailed to you 7 days prior to your arrival date, in the "Check-In Instructions" email.

What is the minimum age to make a reservation?

Guests must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation at any FollyVacation rental.

Are linens, bath towels, and toiletries provided?

Yes. Upon your arrival, the home will be stocked with all the basic necessities; all beds will be made with fresh linens, and bath towels are provided. Please do not take the bath towels to the beach, you will need to bring your own beach towels with you. Each bathroom will have an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet tissue. The kitchen will have an initial stock of dishwasher soap, paper towels, and laundry detergent.

Is there any cookware provided?

All our homes, townhome, and apartments have a full kitchen and have basic cookware and utensils needed to cook family meals at the home, including pots and pans, measuring and cooking utensils, cutting boards, cooking and casserole dishes, and tableware.

Hotel rooms have a kitchenette with a microwave and table ware, glasses, and utensils.

Do any properties come with washer and dryer?

Yes, all our homes, townhome, and apartments have a washing machine and dryer for your private use.

Hotel rooms do not have a washing machine or dryer, but there is an updated laundry center on Folly Beach which you may use if needed.

Do you offer pack 'n' plays and highchairs?

Yes, all homes have a pack 'n' play and a highchair already in the home. For our hotel rooms, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Is there free parking?

Parking is included, however the number of vehicles is specific to each property and is detailed in the listing. We will also email a helpful reminder with parking instructions for the home and parking rules for Folly Beach prior to your arrival.

Is there internet? TV?

Yes, all our properties have high-speed WiFi internet, capable of supporting working from home and all other needs. We also offer a full cable package with Comcast Xfinity.

We do not offer the ability to watch video streaming services from our TVs (such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.), but you're welcome to bring your own laptop or other viewing device and login with your own account; our WiFi can support video streaming.

Are all vacation rentals pet friendly?

Yes, all our properties are dog-friendly, and your dog is welcome upon approval. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged based upon the length of stay; reservations 3 nights or less will pay a one-time pet fee of $110 per pet, and reservations 4 or more nights will pay a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet.

What is your smoking policy?

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy.

Do you offer monthly quotes for reservations?

We can offer monthly quotes for the months of January and February only. Please contact us for more information.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept credit and debit cards.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Yes, you will receive an offer for travel insurance by email after your reservation is confirmed. If you do not receive the correspondence, please let us know.

What is the cancellation policy?

Notice of cancellation must be in writing and can be done via email. Your advance payment is refundable in full provided that the cancellation is received 60 days or more prior to your arrival date. However, there is a nonrefundable $100.00 cancellation fee that will be applied to your refund. Cancellations made less than 60 days but more than 30 days prior to arrival, will forfeit 50% of the full amount due (for the entire reservation). Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival will not receive a refund. Refunds are not given for inclement weather, road or airport closings, late arrivals, or early departures.
