We are happy to be dog-friendly! Dogs are welcome upon approval at all of our properties. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged based upon the length of stay; reservations 3 nights or less will pay a one-time pet fee of $110 per pet, and reservations 4 or more nights will pay a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet. You are solely responsible for any damaged or personal injury caused by your dog.
Guests with dogs are asked to please respect the comfort and safety of other guests, both during and after your stay. For this reason, we ask that you please follow these guidelines during your time with us:
Pet Rules
● Please clean up after your dog, both in public areas and in the yard of the rental property.
● Please do not allow dogs on furniture or beds. It is also helpful to bring something (bed, blanket, etc.) on which you know your pet will be comfortable sleeping.
● Please don’t leave your dog unattended in the home at any time.
● Please do your best to clean and dry your dog after a walk.
● No cats or any animals other than dogs are allowed.
● “Visiting” pets will be subject to the same pet fee listed above.
● Guests must obey all City of Folly Beach pet ordinances, leash laws and requirements.
City of Folly Beach Dog Regulations
● Dogs must be leashed at all times.
● Dogs are not allowed on the beach from 10am - 6pm from May 1 - September 30.
● Dogs are not allowed at the end of East Ashley Avenue (lighthouse/old coast guard station). It is a protected bird sanctuary.
● Owners are responsible for cleaning up and properly disposing of dog waste.
