Live like a local in the heart of Folly Beach. The Studio room has a living area and King size bed in the same room. There is a full bathroom. Our new boutique hotel is located just steps away from Folly’s popular Center Street where you can enjoy shopping, more dining and nightlife, or a quick stroll to the beach. Take in the sights and sounds of our beloved hippie surfer beach town we refer to as the “Edge of America”. This studio room is on the fourth floor.
This room is 350 sqft. with a 75 sqft. balcony, for a total accommodation of 425 sqft.
We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee per dog: $125 up to three nights, $150 for four to six nights, and $250 for seven or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION OF THIS ROOM IS ON THE 4TH FLOOR AND IS IN THE MIX OF COMMERCIAL CENTER STREET ACTIVITY, YOU WILL HEAR THE NOISE. There is a load/unload parking area beside the building. Reserved parking is one street behind the load and unload zone and is a 2-3 minute walk to the building.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Vera Hotel last weekend. The room was clean and the cinder block walls hid all the outside and neighboring room noise. It was a great location with perfect proximity to all the restaurants and bars.
Want the perfect location with an unbeatable vibe? This is it!

Everything from start to finish was perfect. Booking, communication, check-in, check-out, room decor and the attention to details in the room... Truly great. Easy to find and easy to walk to everything in town. This is the best place, book it!

Vera Hotel 402 was great. Beautifully decorated, modern with great art. The bed was super comf, the sheets and bed covers were amazing. We had everything we needed and would definitely like to visit again.

My boyfriend and I drove to Folly beach for a weekend getaway unsure of where to stay what to do, it was pretty much spur of the moment trip & we ended up at the Vera hotel! I’m so glad we stayed there, it was very convenient right next to a 24 hr gas station that had anything we needed. Restaurants, beach and shops were all in walking distance of the hotel. We arrived at the hotel pretty late close to midnight and were unsure how to check in, I simply called the number outside the hotel, and left a message. The lady called me back with instructions on how to get in our room. Everything was such a breeze, the rooms were so clean, and it just felt like home to me! I will definitely be back and will also recommend the hotel to all my family & friends! Tybee island use to be my favorite vacation getaway, I am now a Folly Beach lover thanks to the Vera hotel and several other places & locals who made that happen!!!!
