Room 10: King Studio with Deck

Looks like this studio was recently updated & done very well. situated at the back of the building overlooking Folly river. Had nice views of the sunset. A nice size deck with table and two chairs and a loveseat. Had a great time and definitely will return

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Folly! We stayed only 4 nights, but we had an amazing time staying on Folly Beach, being able to walk to the beach, the pier and all the restaurants on the island. Even with the heavy storm that came through from hurricane Helene, we felt safe and comfortable. We had an amazing view of the river and the sunset! Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here! It was a great place for our little honeymoon/vacation!

Probably the best hotel option in Folly Beach. Clean and spacious rooms with excellent A/C and walking distance to everything.

My daughter and I do a beach vacation "girls getaway" every summer. We are from PA and my daughter moved to North Carolina 3 years ago. We have always gone to the Jersey Shore but this year she suggested we try the beaches out in Charleston. I chose Hotel Folly based on other reviews and I really liked the vibe of the room when I saw it. I called to book a room directly and from this phone call all through the 5 day stay it was nothing short of fantastic. The woman who booked my room gave me everything I asked for and the room was awesome. I asked for top corner floor and got it! I asked for a view of sunsets and GOT IT!! I asked for private balcony and GOT It!! The room was just as the picture showed very upgraded and CLEAN!! I fell in love with Folly Beach and the location was ideal. We spent time site seeing and going on tours in Charleston (only about 10 minutes from the hotel) and then time on the beach(walking distance to or drive with plenty of parking) It was a very special and memorable vacation and I don't think I will be back at the Jersey Shore any time soon. We will definitely be looking to be back at Hotel Folly next summer. Thanks for a great time. Deb and Alex

We had a WONDERFUL stay at Hotel Folly for our honeymoon. The room was clean and beautiful. We loved our view from the deck and the binder with activities and places to eat. We originally booked one night and loved it so much we took up your offer to stay another night. The management staff was so sweet and informative, never tried to take advantage of us (which we are always wary of). It was between Tides and Hotel Folly, and we are SO GLAD we chose your hotel. We will definitely be returning. Perfect honeymoon spot!

Amazing Stay!

I had a lovely time. The room was dreamy and perfect for my alone time at the beach! I would 1000% return and rent this again! The only improvement would be if the Pineapple Hut Parked in your lot so I can have unlimited access to the Chunky Whip (my favorite)! Seriously though, met and exceeded my expectations!

After a disappointing one night stay at another hotel we were looking for another location and saw the internet ad for Recently remodeled boutique hotel. We drove to the location, called the number, spoke with Brittany and made our reservation. WOW!! What a surprise when we entered the room! Awesome decor and workmanship of the remodel. And spotless! If we return to Folly Beach we will definitely stay in one of your locations.
